Quality not what I expect.

I purchased the park avenue shoe thinking and hoping I'd get a fine leather dress shoe. Although the price is high, perhaps reasonable for a good/high quality leather dress shoe. I do not have 40 hours of use and the soles are separating. This shoe is not the quality I was expecting and hoping.

The midnight navy color is wonderful. I polished it with AE black cream and added AE black carnuba polish. It really has a great patina already. I will alternate with Saphir marine blue polish (. Since AE has no blue color ). I have high expectations.
