The silvery coating on the metal parts of the belt will wear off, leaving a darker brass-color, which looks cheap.

Worst belt I ever purchased

Prospoorly made
After 6 months of daily use, the leather is peeling in certain areas (like how old paint peels from dry walls). The nickel-plated brass buckle is also changing colors - it's a dull orange color around the corners of the buckle.
I would not buy this belt again or recommend it to anyone. It's a complete waste of money.
