This black eyeliner dries to a matte black. It lasts all day and night. It will not flake, smudge, or move once it dries. I wish the brush was firmer to make it easier to apply. The product got thick and gooey after using it for a few days so I do not know how long this product will last me. I like the staying power of this eyeliner, but I don't love it and would not buy it again.

Proslong-lasting, doesn't come off
It goes one perfectly and looks amazing on! When I tried to take it off it wouldn't! I washed my face with face wash, tried eye makeup remover and even tried to scrub it off. It was like a temporary tattoo on my eyelid. Very disappointed because this was my first Mac eyeliner I've ever purchased. Returning it.

Not as good as Lancôme's eyeliner

I've used Lancôme's eyeliner for several years and loved it, but decided to try MAC's eyeliner since Lancôme's wasn't available online. I'm disappointed in ease of use with the tube being a lot smaller. It flakes by the end of the day. I won't buy it again.
