The ordering instructions were correct. Order one size and cup up. It fit great. I returned it because there was no type of padding, like a light foam. Very thin material, like no bra at all. I need better coverage and more support. The photo is deceiving.
This bra was very comfortable. I like the strap construction. The front closure was the main reason for considering this bra. The downside for me was the cup fabric; it was too thin. This would be a five star bra with thicker material for the cup.

The lesser of all evils! The best is no bra at all

Of the 7 different styles I tried (at least 3 different sizes in each style), the best I can say is that this bra is the least painful. Underwires kill my ribs, but wireless either roll up from the bottom, or the straps fall down. Finding a comfortable bra seems to be an impossible feat. With a t-back, the straps may peak through on a boat neckline, so you can't wear this bra with every style top. But the straps on this stay up, my ribs aren't dying by the end of the day, and the girls stay in place. I read that we should order a band and cup size up because it runs fall. I usually wear a 34D and ordered a 36D, which is definitely the right size for me.
