After about two years, the battery in my sensor finally went so I bought this to replace it. I really love Nike+ because it keeps me motivated and I can see how many steps I've taken each day and during a workout. The sensor is great because it makes it easy to track your outdoor and treadmill workouts more accurately because you calibrate the sensor to your stride. I've noticed the treadmill distance isn't as accurate as the Nike+ sensor. Plus it's fun to sync up my ipod and get my Nike Fuel points (for the online game).

I have the new iPod nano and this just didn't work with it, also the nano has a pedometer built in

This product makes my run more fun. It lets me exercise and challenge myself. You can choose different work outs. Calorie burning, distance. It's awesome. It also has me choose my power song. When I get tired I just hit power song and I get a boost of energy. My husband is an engineer and thinks it's pretty slick. The calibration component makes the workouts more accurate! Way to go nike.
