I used to have this eyeliner in another blue before they discontinued it and I loved it! I was fine with trying this one because I assumed it would be the same just a slightly lighter color. I HATED IT! It smeared so much I couldn’t believe it. Had to return

Works as a great base liner and upper lid liner. Goes on easily, comes off easily!
