Prossheer coverage, flawless, natural-looking, evens skin out
For my super dry skin this mineral powder is the best. I love mineral makeup, but other brands make my dry skin look and feel even drier. I do love how mineral makeup makes my skin look flawless. But again it will look dry too. Also I have some redness on my nose and cheeks that liquid foundations just don't cover. Mineral makeup is the only thing that covers this redness flawlessly. I stopped by the Mac counter one day and saw they had a baked version of the mineral makeup. I had read a lot about baked makeup stating that it was better for drier skin types. So I tried the Mac version. I tried some on and was blown away by how little product made my skin flawless and airbrushed. The real test was to see if my dry skin could handle the powder. By the end of the day the makeup still looked nice and flawless. Not dry looking. For me and my super dry skin it was unbelievable. So I purchased some. I even wore it in the winter time when I can't wear other mineral powder for sure and my skin still showed no dry signs. This is my favorite versatile product. I wear it when I am in a hurry and need to even out my skin. Or I wear it over my favorite liquid foundation. I must say I have tried almost every brand of mineral makeup out there. For me and my dry skin, it has to be the baked mineral foundation. It is the only one that my dry skin can wear year round. It just isn’t made the same as other pressed or loose mineral makeup. Baked is the key for me. I have had it for almost a year and I am getting low. I tried another baked mineral foundation just to be sure, and Mac's foundation is by far the best out there. For me it is a product I just can't live without.
