Prosdream come true
I felt like Goldilocks searching for the right pillow. Too flat, too plump, too hard, too soft, and then found these -- just right! I'm a side sleeper, and my husband is side/back, and we both found these to be perfect for neck and head support. Thinking of ordering more just to keep spares on hand. You can't beat a quality pillow and this is it!

Absolutely no support - not the pillow I thought

This is definitely NOT the pillow from the hotel I stayed at that prompted me to make this purchase. When you lay on this pillow, there is no support at all. Your head is flat on the bed. Calling the support "medium-to-firm" is very inaccurate. The pillow I had at my hotel definitely had more neck support. I returned this item.

I'm not a fan of memory foam pillows because they are too thick & tilt my head too much for my preference. I LOVE this pillow because you can squish it to the point that it feels right but it doesn't push back on the pressure from your head. It just cradles it firmly but cushy & everyone in my house wants it.

I was very excited to get this pillow. I stay at Westins often and thought it would be perfect to have at home. I was disappointed when I received the medium support pillow and it was simply much too soft. Sadly, I immediately returned.
