I'm not sure about the medium to firm support. The pillow is soft and sinks down. I layer this pillow with another pillow to get to the comfort I need. I am a side sleeper and like my head to be propped higher. I would recommend for people who liked their pillows softer. This pillow is not firm.

Not like the hotel

I bought this pillow hoping that it was just like the pillows we had slept on at the Westin/W hotels many times. I had been struggling with chronic neck pain and remembered having quality nights sleep and no pain after sleeping at the Westin. Upon receiving this pillow I knew immediately that it wasn't going to work for me, as it was far too fluffy/full and had little give. Perhaps the down pillow would have been a better fit for me. Unfortunately, I decided to return it and continue my search.

The Best Pillow Ever

Proscomfortable, well made
I've spent double the price for other pillows, but this pillow is the best by far. It's not too firm and not too soft - it's just right. I'm a side sleeper and for me, these are awesome.

Prossimply the best
Love these pillows---they are great. Almost like sleeping at the Weston. Well, not quite, but they are so comfy. Glad I made this purchase!
