Westin is a higher level hotel property and these pillows are so wonderful. Comfortable - medium to lightly firm. Nicely sized and works best combined with a firmer pillow to maximize sleeping comfort options. Enjoy.
I love the fact that these are hypoallergenic pillows but TOO SOFT for us and offer no support at all. In the description of the pillows, it said "medium to firm support":. Was I sent the wrong pillows? These pillows offer no support at all. I did not return them because we had already slept on them the first night we received them. So I guess we are stuck with them. Other than that, I love Nordstrom. The description of the Westin Heavenly Bed pillows needs to be revised.
Home Collection Down Alternative Pillows came in their individual plastic covers (which were too nice to throw away). Was impressed with the fluffy feel and comfort of the pillows. I ordered king sized pillows. So far, so good. Only "downside" with this order was that there was no option to order pillow protectors to come with the pillows. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with my purchase.
