The pillow I ordered was sent promptly, with clear instructions about how to return the item. I like the product because it is hypoallergenic, but is not "spongy" like many other non-down pillows. It is soft, but pliable

I have tried many others but none can compare to the Heavenly Bed pillows. We also have two Heavenly Beds that were purchased from Nordstrom with ease over the phone. Service was excellent and professional as always.
