We had one of the first Westin Heavenly Beds from Nordstrom when first offered. Decided in September that we really should get a new one, though the first was still very nice. After 4 months with the new mattress there are DEEP impressions from our bodies. We are pretty thin folks, so know it isn't from our weight. The sagging happened almost immediately, but thought I was imagining it. Sorry to say, the sags are getting worse and so is our opinion of what was once our most favorite mattress.

I bought the bottom and top sheet as well as two pillow cases. Following washing instructions, I washed these twice prior to my first use. I was SO disappointed! Be aware that it took at least 25 washings before they were no longer scratchy. They're great now, a year later - but I will not buy these sheets again.

I had these sheets less than one year and the fitted sheet developed severe pilling suddenly. I bought two sets and alternated them, so it pilled only after 6 months use. Until then, I loved the feel of sleeping on them. I'm waiting for the other one to do the same soon. My solution was to turn it inside out but I shouldn't have to do that at the price I paid for them.
