I should start by saying that I have wider/flatter feet with plantar fasciitis and these did not work for what I needed. They’re very stiff and would provide great arch support for the normal or even high arched foot but not for my flatter feet.
My podiatrist recommended the green superfeet for my pinched nerve in my 4th toe. I was skeptical about them on the first day, however by day two I noticed the difference and was able to step without pain in my foot even when I wasn’t wearing them.
My daughter sold me on the superfeet products several years ago when she was working in a department store shoe department. While most shoes were comfortable for regular wear I needed something extra for exercise and long days on my feet. Superfeet was the answer. These give an the extra support and comfort that I just don’t get from even my athletic shoes. I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.
Walked 10-20K steps a day in these while traveling for 2 weeks and my feet never got tired, which is a first for me! Took three wears to get used to the arch but well worth it.
