I have these in all my shoes--even in my house slippers. They helped me get over a painful bout of plantar fasciitis several years ago, and I have not had a recurrence since then thanks to these insoles. I'm at the upper end of the nominal size range. I prefer going up to a larger size so the arch support bump is positioned more forward on the foot. The toe length can easily be cut down to fit.
