Superfeet Performance Green, just what the doctor ordered. I have be using them for years, they never fail to be the best for support and comfort. Very easy to place in my shoes. So easy to order, I got them same day.
The Superfeet full length inserts seemed well made, but unfortunately you have to cut them to fit in order to put them into your shoes and test them. I didn't want to cut them and find out they wouldn't work for me, so I chose to return them instead.

I have used many pairs of these in my Aerobic shoes. I do not own a pair of training shoes that do not have these insoles in them. I teach an Cardio Dance Class three times a week. I can not do without these Insoles slipped into my shoes. I have a very high arched foot. These cradle my arch wonderfully. They allow me to get a great work out. Highly recommend to anyone with a high arch that needs more support with your training shoe!
I have flat feet and my doctor recommended these to me. I've been wearing these insoles since 2008. I switch them in/out of all my shoes-- I should probably get several more! If you need support in your Uggs or running shoes, I highly recommend Superfeet.
