after my knee replacement, my physical therapist recommended these shoe supports. I had never heard of them before, but she said just pull them up on Nordstrom's site. Like magic I had them and love the support they give me. Less pain, more walking now!!!
I have worn Superfeet inside my walking shoes for four years on the recommendation of my podiatrist at Palo Alto Medical Foundation. I generally walk about 4 miles 4-5 days a week, generally on San Jose sidewalks. Each pair usually lasts at least two years. I wear my shoes with Superfeet only for exercise. My feet feel rested when I finish walking, usually after an hour. Recently I discovered that my feet had grown. I went back to the store, ordered a size E in Superfeet and ended up buying a size 11 Women's sneaker! What a shock after wearing a size 9.5 after all these years.
These were way too large for me! I was looking for a slim insole for shoes that were a bit roomy. I had difficulty getting them into my shoes, and with them in the shoes, I could hardly get my shoes on. May work for walking shoes. Flat shoes.
