So comfortable for work

Prosfantastic
My massage therapist recommended these to me instead of the Dr. Sholl's type inserts you get at CVS. She said they were pricier but worth it, and she was right. My feet tend to pronate inward (?) I think is the correct term, so I was rolling my flat feet inward when I walked/ ran. These help redistribute my weight properly so there is an even pressure across my foot, and perhaps I am even putting a little more weight on the outer part of my foot, which really helps. My feet are no longer so fatigued after an 8-hour workday running around in my tennis shoes. I get a lot of mileage out of these things- I tend to replace them every 6 months but probably should do it a bit more frequently since I wear them 5 days a week for 8 hours a day.

Prossupportive, comfortable
I have flat feet and my podiatrist recommended I wear insoles for more arch support. I purchased the Clarks Wave Walk shoes (walking/tennis shoe) and was not sure whether to get the Green or Blue Superfeet inserts, so I ordered both to compare.
The Blue insole ended up being a winner for me. I was concerned about the "low profile" fit, thinking it may be too slim for the shoe, but I think it's just lower profile than the green one (which is, in my opinion, a little bulky.) It's about the same size as the insert that was already in my shoe, but has just enough arch support for me. The fit was also true to size, I wear an 8.5 or 9 and ordered size D which was a perfect fit!

Good insole, also for men

Prosversatile, men
I came across superfeet on the nordstrom website, and before making the purchase, visited the superfeet homepage. As far as the blue 'insole' goes, I could find no men's/women's version; simply differences in the corresponding sizes for a given product. I ordered this in a men's 9.5-11 since I typically wear 9-9.5, but sometimes 10 for tennis shoes which provide more cushioning. With about 1/4 inch of trimming, the insole fits well into my Van sneakers and Florsheim boots. I tried to place the insoles into dress shoes, but the fit was too snug and I prefer not to tear the original insole out.
In summary, visit the superfeet homepage, or even amazon for some good advice on fits. They list all of the superfeet varieties and their profile (how much space in the shoe the insert occupies) along with the arch (what type of foot this insole will conform toward). Also, don't be deterred by the women/men label in most cases, with the possible exception of insoles for high heels, or any other products I may have overlooked.
