Prosarch support, durable, easy care
This is the best for medium arch feet (high arch is green I believe).
I bought a pair about 3 years ago from REI because of a sale person's recommendation. I've never gone hiking without them since and my feet have never been happier!
Sure they are pricey but they last for a long time. I took them out and put them into whatever hiking boots/trail running shoes I am going to wear.
When in doubt order a size larger than your normal shoe size. Your running shoes/hiking boots should be at least half a size larger than your regular shoe size (for bloated feet). You can cut the inserts using your shoes/boots' factory insert.
take it out and place superfeet and factory insert together, then cut the extra.

These are great! These are my 4th different pair of Superfeet. My chiropractor recommends these over typical orthotics as well.

These Are great for work shoes. Like a loafer or flat dress shoe which isnt small. It's full length. I love it for shoes to wear with womens dress suit pants.
