These have helped out my feet so much doctor recommended these and I Love them going to get another pair for running shoes

Prosvery practical, worth the money
I love a product that tells the truth...and this is exactly what it says it is. They also enclose info on use, cleaning, shaping, etc. I did not need any "breaking in" period as I've bought insoles in the past that were just toooo exhausting. These are light but strong, easy to cut to size and feel very durable. I'm going to buy more.
A salesman at Nordstrom recommended the Superfeet black heel insert to me and I have used and loved that so much I ordered this full foot insert. I have chronic foot pain and have to have sufficient padding in my shoes so I can wear them all day. I wear flats and low heeled shoes and was always restricted in my shoe choices by how much padding a shoe had. With this product I can buy any shoe I want and insert this for the padding and comfort I need.
I'm a size 10 shoe and bought the size recommended for that size on the size guide, this insert fits in all of my shoes.
There is a world of difference between this insole and the ones you see at drugstores and supermarkets. I've used all of those and this one is 100% better. It costs more than others, but is worth every penny. I got rid of all my other insoles and can only use Superfeet now, there is that much difference.

Added easily to a pair tennis shoes that I already had. They were just a knock around pair of shoes, not heavy gym only tennis shoes, but these insoles made a world in difference in comfort and by the end of the day my feet weren't aching. A vast improvement on the insoles that had been there.
