Ordered these on doctor's suggestion and was able to pick up in store. They did not work very well for me as no matter how I positioned them in my shoes, the left one caused too much pain. The right one seemed to work for me, but my feet needed to get used to them and in the process it realigned my ankle and caused discomfort. I realize each person's feet are different so I may try the blue ones. I almost feel like it was a waste of $50 though as I am not using them at this point.
I have been using Superfeet in my running shoes and in my teenage kids' shoes for over a decade. Nothing beats them for durability and arch support. You remove the existing flimsy inserts in your running shoes, and replace with these after carefully trimming the excess length. The difference is dramatic. I use the pink version and they have corrected my gait so that I can run or hike without knee pain. I bought these greens for my son, who has used the blues in the past, because Nordstrom does not carry the blues. He inverts one foot and could not run without them. Highly recommend!
