Item received was as described. The purpose for this insole has been met. My heel problem has improved greatly. Will recommend to anyone needing heel support.
I have owned professional orthotics for over 20 years and these have to be the closest to the real deal as you can get. Only difference is these inserts are more comfortable due to using the latest materials available on the market. Now my wife wants my to order a pair for her. Go figure. This company also stands behind the products they make by putting a return and warranty where their mouth is. Highly recommended!
My husband adores these insoles and after wearing them for a week, slowly building up to wearing them for an entire day, he's now wondering what he did without them! They are fabulous for arch support, and his feet are no longer aching at the end of the day. I have a pair of the women's green insoles and adore mine, especially because my arches fall flat as soon as I put pressure on them. So apparently does my husband's, something he never knew before starting to use these. They're well loved and I don't think he's ever going to wear a pair of sneakers or boots without them again! I highly recommend you try them in your sports shoes or boots; you won't be disappointed by the great support they provide. Just be sure to start slow and don't try to go a full day with them in your shoes all at once; your body, feet and back need to get used to the new support!
