Runs 1/2 size small as stated. Style is great. This is my third pair. The fabric around the lace eyelets that runs along the tongue of the shoe tends to fray as they age.

Who didn't wear Cons in the 70s? These are great because after wearing dress shoes all week you can slip them on or off..... same Cons only w/o shoe laces.

These were my first pair of Converse. I am now a true believer. I went to my local Nordstrom to size them correctly as I read that they can run fairly big. Normally I am about 11.5 and I ended up getting a size 10. Once I started wearing them I found them to be very comfortable and easy to get on and off. I ended up buying more converse after these. I ended up putting an ecco arch support in them for extra support (the kind that only fills the back half of the shoe, as I wanted the front to stay the way it was for a perfect fit). I can do without the inserts but they make them that much more comfortable. They also run cool which is great because my feet get hot.

I love these Converse slip on's. With jeans or with shorts, they always look great. I'm done with laces after these guys. Perfect for when I travel and have to go through security. I have a dark pair too.
