Does Not Keep Shape

I LOVED the way the brim turned up - and it was PACKABLE! The hat was so cute and so comfortable but - it did NOT keep it's shape. I've read the instructions on how to reshape it and I've tried with my Rowenta steam iron as well as a fabric steamer but have had no luck at all. The formerly cute, turned up brim is all floppy and misshapen; and I am so, so disappointed because I loved it so much. It did not last through its first summer. :(

What a lovely hat. From daily walks to Sunday Mass - just lovely. Thanks Nordstrom for packaging so perfectly.
These hats are my favorite. They are the perfect hat for all occasions, dress up or casual. Lightweight and comfortable, pack easily. In humid weather or because I have had a few for 20 years or more they do tend to somewhat loose their shape, SO......... I place them upside down ln a container of some sort and spray the brim all around with Spray Starch. Let it dry and they are back to their original look.

Perfect to wear shopping in a summer dress, shorts, or jeans; then head out to walk and play on the beach! Fits me perfect. Holds the shape when rolled up for travel. Wear the brim up, or down depending on your need. Love the natural color! Love the quality! Worth the extra money, and I will buy more styles in this brand! Very classy look I was hopping for!
