Once I learned how to apply this, I loved it! I had a hard time applying it dry, and almost gave up on it until I went to the counter and had the SA show me a better way. I use a damp angle liner brush, dip it into some of the pigment and apply it as a liner, or smudge it out and use as a shadow. Once it dries it is on for the long haul. I have allergy eyes so nothing stays put for long, but this lasted the whole day. Plus, I love the intensity of the color when used as a liner! Its only draw back is the price. Otherwise a great liner/shadow!

This has great staying power but flakes and smudges a lot at the same time. It is also hard to apply because a lot of it gets onto your face during application.
