Ordered them online got them delivered fast, impressed overall with the look and how they feel. The cork is very comfortable and the leather lining inside feels great. My pair came with two older shoe bags made in USA, and had the previous older Allen Edmonds logo on the bottom of the double oak soles. Older box as well? The dark chili is amazing and takes polish and wax very well. The only blemish was a bit of glue next to the eyelet and a slight uneven heel stack. Great shoes sad to hear they are being discontinued.

Great shoe but quality issues

I have 3 pairs of MacNeil shoes. Obviously, I like them. This review is for my newest dark chili pair. I got them on sale, but not seconds. The shoes had previously been worn, as shown by scuff marks on the soles. The wear was very slight, but still disappointing on new shoes. Also some stitching appeared to be torn inside the vamp on one shoe. Doesn’t affect the appearance, but, again, disappointing. Overall, though, the shoes are sturdy, comfortable, and look great. I really like the dark chili color. Given the sale price, I’m still happy with the shoes.

Go old school with these American Classics, recalls the era when American shoes ruled the world. The toes shined up nice and the double soles feel like you can conquer the world. Will look good with business casual as a statement, and that statement is that I’m a fearless American with unique style
