I read the reviews before ordering and I'm glad I did. I've NEVER worn an 8 sandal in my life but this 8 fit just like a 7. I ordered both sizes just because of the reviews and the 7 ended up being discontinued...so glad the 8 is perfect! I'm on my feet all day long in a ladies dress shop so comfort is a MUST (style is a must too) and the shoe is so comfortable. To have both style and comfort in one; this shoe gets my vote.

I typically wear a 6-6 1/2, and I bought a size up (size 7) as recommended by the website, and they fit beautifully! More than that, the shoe has a cushion inside of it that makes it extremely comfortable. I have never worn Athena Alexander shoes before, but if all of her shoes are this comfortable, I will be buying many, many more.
