This fit true to size and do their job shaping/tightening for under your wardrobe. They don't have AS much slimming power as your non-maternity spanx but they are a great alernative when you have a belly and a tight outfit:)
This shaper really did a great job shaping my pregnant belly. The only downside is I felt like it was falling off but it wasn’t. Just a little awkward in the fitting between the legs.
