I’m 29 weeks, 5’6” and about 170lbs. Got a size B and they fit fine. The material over the belly is very thin and stretchy so these weren’t uncomfortable at all. I almost thought I could have gone down a size but didn’t want them to be too tight if I grow in the next couple weeks and need to use them again. Easy to put on and wear under a fitted dress all day for a special ocassion. If you wear spanx while not pregnant, you’ll appreciate the maternity ones as well.
