The shoes were better than expected. The shipment arrived earlier than stated and price was better than bargain stores. Excellent service!

Great looking shoes but too narrow

I really like these shoes and ordered a pair in black. They only seem to be available in M width but that is usually fine for me, but in this case they were a little snug in the width. After some thought I decided I could live with the snug fit as I expect them to stretch a little with wear. I then decided to order a pair in brown too, as I love the style of these shoes. I ordered the same size as previously (again not available in a wider fit) but this time they were way too narrow to the point that they were uncomfortable. I thought maybe they were an "off pair" and sent them back and ordered another in the hope that the replacement would be truer to the black pair in fit. Sadly they were again way too narrow. So the upshot is, black medium width is bearable, brown medium width is unbearable! Kenneth Cole should make these available in a wider width #they are not available in W anywhere, even on KC's website# or manufacture the medium width to fit a medium foot!

I haven't yet had my husband try these one since they are a Christmas gift, but they look great. I compared them to his other shoes and they appear true to size and width, but until he wears them I can't be sure. They look like a very nice shoe. Hope he likes them!
