Perfect but a little small

So this bra is great!! The plunge was perfect for the few outfits that I own, however, it was a bit small. I am 34C true to size with every other bra but for some reason I had to return it and get the next size up.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this works! I'm a 32D, and considered that I might be too big for this product. Turns out that with the right dress or top, it absolutely does work, but I can see how it absolutely would NOT. First, the cups are small - I have to adjust the girls and more often than not have to use double sided tape to ensure there's no nipple spillage. One wrong turn, one unfortunate angle, and you're flashing the room. Second, the cups seem to play favorites. Three of us tried this product on and all had varying results. It flattened out one of us, the other had a gaping problem, and it worked out for me, providing me support and bringing my breasts together nicely without giving me that dreaded butt cleavage. I've worn this with deep plunge dresses like the Dress the Population Zoe dress and my beloved NBD Dries dress, and have felt supported and sexy in both. I think the reason it works is totally because of the double sided tape and because both dresses are flush to the body when worn, which helps prevent the bra from moving. All that said, it's comfortable, priced fairly, and has become a staple for me. But this is definitely a bra you want to try on in store if you can. The 34C would be the sister size to my 32D and totally didn't work, and neither did the 34D, which I thought might have given me that extra coverage.

Please note that this runs small!!! It was touched on in reviews but wasn't stressed. I am glad I didn't need this right away I havd to exchange it. What you don't see in the pick is that the cup is not a full coverage cup. I am a 34 B/C depending on the bra. I ordered a C thinking I was ok. The bra came, it was very small in cup size even for my B. I ordered a D. The D coverage fits perfect yet I now need to go up to a 36. I really don't have time to send this back once again so I am keeping the 34. Please order a size up. Otherwise than that I haven't worn it out yet which is why I gave it 4 stars. I don't see the bra being an issue. Love that it is convertable.
