The fit in the cups is a little loose and therefore sticks out. If you aren't wearing a loose fitted garment the seams of the cups are easily seen through the shirt/dress.
Unfortunately this bra didn't work for what I needed it for. Its possible I didn't have the wrong size but the front plunged out exposing my boobs despite multiple attempts adjusting the straps and band.
I was a bit worried when I ordered my actual bra size (32B) instead of opting for a size up. It actually ended up fitting perfectly. In most instances, the waistband 32 is actually too big for me (as indicated by the back of my waistband riding up) but for this bra, the waistband ended up fitting fairly well.
If you have a small ribcage area, I would say that you do not need to size up. The cup area seemed appropriate for the cup size I ordered.
The only downside to this product is that it is not completely invisible under clothing. It does not bother me much but if seeing some liners under clothes bother you, this might not be the bra for you.

This bra was very convenient for a drees with plunging neckline I bought recently, the fact that it has straps actually helped a lot to keep it in place. Not for everyday use, but it does wonders creating cleavage!
