The best product I've tried that calms cystic acne

I've tried a number of products that claim to heal cystic acne, but this one does the best job. It's kind of a pain in the butt to apply because it's very thin and watery but I think it penetrates better to get deep into the skin. I apply it several times a day to a stubborn underground inflamed bump and it really calms it down over the course of a couple of days.
The first ingredient is isopropyl alcohol and that is the smell and consistency. This must be what dries up the blemish, I'm not convinced the other ingredients make that much of a difference other than give it a powdery white apperance. I had an older swollen red lump with a whitehead and it did dry up the white part overnight. When I applied it to a newly forming one, there wasn't any change to the whitehead or the swollen redness in the morning. I think I'll be returning since isopropyl alcohol is extremely cheap to buy from the store.
Have always loved Mario Badescu product and this one (along with the pink one) should always be part of the acne maintenance plan! I've been having severe clogged pores out of nowhere and I've seen a clear up after using this for about a week.
