This stuff works great! In my early 30s with normal skin but get hormonal breakouts. The really stubborn zits sometimes need two overnight treatments but I’m ok with that. The only negative I’ve found is the smell is terrible. But I’ll put up with it because it’s so effective!
The hype about Mario Badescu’s Drying Lotion is a bit overrated. The product works, on small pimples. Like, the ones barely at the surface. If you have a larger pimple, it does not dry as efficiently as stated. The smell is very clean. I think the bottle design needs a slight adjustment; I can foresee an issue once the sediment gets low that the Q-Tip may not be long enough. Overall, I’d purchase again.
I've tried all kinds of treatments for acne, but this is one of the best (and, when it comes to non-drugstore products, one of the cheapest!) This works great to kill an upcoming zit, in combination with Kate Somerville's Eradikate sulfur face wash and with the Mario Badescu "Buffering Lotion." As soon as I feel a bump forming, I hit 'em with this at night! My skin is combination oily and I'm in my 30s.
