The sandals I ordered were obviously a previously returned item. I ordered this for my husband and it came with “extras”. Not only did it have used orthotic inserts in each sandal, there was pet fur on the inserts. I expected better from Nordstrom.
These run about 1/2 to 1 size too small. I had to get a size larger than I usually wear. They are well made are more of a "dress" shoe look, mainly due to the shiny leather. They are moderately comfortable but I wouldn't use them for an all day trip or wearing.
