it is waterproof and very comfortable.
I have to stand and walk around for everyday for about 10 hrs per day during work week. I have not had feel the fatigue from feet yet.
since I have been wearing alot, it is already started to show some wear and tear, but I have contacted the Rockport customer service and they are willing to give me a replacement, awesome service!

I purchased these Rockport oxfords a couple years ago and until last summer, I only wore them to Sunday Church service. Since I started a federal banking job, I found myself wearing them more. They're stylish, comfortable and great to wear after office hours, like a Saturday evening.
