I love this eye cream. It’s been my go-to for 10 to 15 years. Being able to pick it up at Nordstrom makes it super convenient too!

It sadden me that Kiehl's has failed with a trusted product. I have made this purchase several times and disappointed with the "water" eye cream. Not sure if they changed the formula but don't buy this over priced "water". Mixing the products doesn't help as water mixed is still water. This product should be more textured like a cream. Disappointed in product and will never suggest to anyone.
As other reviewers have mentioned the texture of this eye cream is interesting... I found it to be initially very tacky. And you have to be very careful when you're applying it because it quickly goes from tacky to oily. So, my search for a new eye cream continues.
Great for moisturizing - but that's all. It's a thick and gooey substance, so it does take a good chunk of time to absorb. I have to use quite a bit due to get results due to the dry winter air, but it's very soothing and definitely does not migrate into eyes. I use it on dry patches on my eye lids and for moisture under my eyes and it works very well. May or may not leave your under eyes a bit "shinier". Also, THEY REMOVED THE PARABENS. If your jar has any of them listed, it's an old jar. Get rid of it. I've bought two and both have the updated formula. Overall, a good product.
