I use to use this product for quite a while and loved it. However 2 years ago, when I reached halfway to the bottom, the product went from creamy to lumpy. This happened to me on 2 bottles. So I stopped using. Then just recently, 1/4th amount in jar was light green clear liquid! Kiehl’s quality control is poor. I wish they would fix what is wrong.
I have been using Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado for a few years now. I love how thick and hydrating it is. It feels simply luxurious. I am a true fan.
So many eye creams irritate my eyes but not this one - it is perfect!

I loved this product when I first purchased years ago. Recently ordered a new set, and it feels different. Goes on rich and thick but texture changes to a watery slippery consistency. It’s bizarre. I just need something rich and thick!
