I've been using this product for years but the last batch I bought, something changed. (Kind of like the SPF version.) It's much thinner than it used to be. It's like someone poured water into it. Also noticed if I apply it to my face after using the blue toner to exfoliate, it clumps into dry flakes. Didn't use to happen. Not fun.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend to help encourage him to have more of a skin care routine. I have to say that it worked and his skin is looking better than ever.
He is very fair skin and quite sensitive but his skin loves this, he hasn't has any issues at. This with some moisutizer has been a game-changer for him.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas as he's showing more of an interest in looking after his skin. He has very dry skin prone to eczema and psoriasis. He liked this moisturiser, and used the whole thing up in conjunction with the face wash, but he didn't feel it was any better than other moisturisers he's tried, and it wasn't quite rich enough for his dry skin. But generally he likes it and approves!

New Flip Cap Design is Bad!

I have been using this cream for over 10 years, truly amazing product! The product itself is still the best facial cream I have used. But I had to knock off 2 stars for the bad design of the new cap. Keihls! Please get back to the drawing board for the cap, it makes a total mess when it's time to flip open cap to reuse it, so much cream accumulates in there and I am constantly cleaning it. The old cap was much better, it had a small dimple which would set back into the hole so no cream would spew out while closed. Thanks!
