Metallic after scent

Prosworks great!, feels great!
Consodd scent shortly after applying.
I love this product but after about 5 minutes of applying it in combination with other Kiehls products I begin to notice a metallic scent. Even other people that get close to me smell it. It becomes so distracting that I have to wash my face and use a different moisturizer. Am I alone in this?

If so, try the moisturizer alone and see if you still get the same smell. Good, but too much shine

I purchased this product after Kiehl's discontinued their amazing Facial Fuel Anti-Wrinkle Cream. Overall it's a good moisturizer with a pleasant scent that isn't overpowering. The consistency is fairly nice, but not as luxurious as the Facial Fuel Anti-Wrinkle Cream.
Where it falls short for me is that it causes considerably more shine than the Facial Fuel Anti-Wrinkle Cream. I find I have to blot my face with a paper towel 2-3 times over the course of the work day to keep the shine down.
If your skin is on the dry side, this will probably be a great product for you. If you have even mildly oily skin, look for something that will help provide a matte finish.

This products is a great gift for the skin conscious man in your life. Smells divine on the skin and the tube is a good size so lasts for ages...and stops your partner pinching your moisturiser!

I was never really into moisturizers or skin care, but recently had some severe dryness on my face and needed a solution. I tried a few lotions and nothing seemed to work. This was recommended to be and has been fantastic. It’s a little pricier than I was comfortable with, but you get what you pay for.
