Customer Service is terrible!

I purchased 2 kits for my husband. The brush completely fell apart when he used it for the first time. I waited over an for customer service. They told me they could find my account. After another half hour on the phone I went through my credit card receipts and found the information. They told me to send the brush back then they will issue a new brush. We will never purchase anything here again. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Got this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He loves it, but the packaging was broken when it arrived, and was covered in a thin black powder/dust? I washed it and put it back in the package for gifting, but I thought that was kind of gross... Would have been very awkward giving that to him as is

Use your hands as you will get the same results in lather compared to using the brush.

The brush is falling apart after 6 months of use. The bristles are falling out when I lather. It has become unusable. What a disappointment.
