I purchased these earrings a month ago and I lost one of them. The earring kept spinning around and it came all the way out. The hoop slips out of the pierce hole in my ear. The back did stay in place but the hoop came out from the other end. Don't buy these. I liked them but they are not made to stay in your ears.
I usually wait a couple of months before I review a purchase...I want to live with the item a while so I can give an informed review.
...However, I bought these yesterday and I already know, I LOVE these hoops. The texture of the silver, the shine, and the weight all add to the quality of these earrings.. I've already had compliments!
I usually wear more subtle earrings on a daily basis, so I was surprised at how much I love these hoop earrings. They have a nice hammered texture which makes them feel more expensive than they are. I do hope that the gold finish lasts though. They're big but flattering and not too heavy. If you're trying to decide between the large and medium versions of this earring, go larger for a statement earring. The middle size looks blah and gets lost in my long hair.

Proscheaply made
Will be returning the earrings due to the inferior quality. Very disappointed that Nordstrom would carry this item, expected quality!!!
