Works well, removing even waterproof eyeshadow. Needs a bit more effort with mascara. Oil addition makes it softer, less irritating for the eyes. Absolutely no different from similar 2 in 1 emulsion by Clinique or Lancome. I would recommend to buy whichever is cheaper. One drawback for me is you have to use cotton balls or wipes with it which makes it more bulky for travel. I prefer disposable towelettes.
