I've tried SO many eye makeup removers. This by far this the worlds BEST!!!! It is a mixture of oil and water. You simply shake it a few times and apply 4 or 5 drops onto a cottonball and your waterproof mascara AND your tuff mascara base comes right off. The plus side of this product is that it leaves NO oily feeling on your eyes and face, none. Two to three very gentle wipes across my eyes is all I need. Makeup comes right off - again leaves NO oily residue. I wish I had found this YEARS ago! I used to dread taking off my waterproof and mascara base because it was hard and took a very long time! Not no more! Like I said shake, drop a few drops on a cotton ball and swipe across your eys and you will have clean eyes in approx. 1 minute or less! To me this is magic in a bottle!! LOVE IT ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!!!!!!!!

Best eye makeup remover - used to use the purple bottle but Mac stopped making it - this product just as good and lasts a long time.

Mac eye makeup remover is gentle to use. I changed from using other products that remove makeup. The price is the best for my budget.
