Hydrates the lips like its suppose too. Apply while putting on your make-up. There will be a visible difference in 30 minites or less. Doesn’t leave any tpye of residue that will affect your lipstick when it’s applied.
This is a great lip moisturizer. No mess and no flavor. Only limiting thing is that lipstick does not last too long over it. Great for low humidity in my home!
I didn't like the texture - but its great for the lips. It worked great and did what is says it will do but I prefer a regular lipstick like lip conditioner in a tube that goes on like a lipstick.
