This goes on so nicely. Skin feels so smooth. I can't speak for the puffiness because I don't have puffy eyes. but it moisturizes very well. I think it brightens the eyes a little too, not dramatic but a little

I really bought this because of all the positive reviews. Did not reduce puffiness. It moisturized my under eye bags though
