The label says fast response but after 2xday for almost 2 weeks, there was no change to my puppy eyes or dark circles. It did feel nice on my skin.

Love this eye cream Have been using it for years and it works. Soft, not greasy . Neither Nordstrom nor MAC store have had it in awhile Was thrilled I found it on line.
