I've been using the Chanel Stylo Yeux waterproof eyeliner for years. It is easy to apply and does not wear off until I remove it at night with eye makeup remover and/or cleanser. Although I am partial to one color, there is a good selection of colors to choose from.
I love the Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof.which is a fancy way of saying an eyeliner that go on the lid or waterline inside your eye. This pencil does for the most part stay put...even when it wears off, it doesn't wind up under my eye. It doesn't bother my eyes at all. I can wear it all day, every day, and ofter reapply it at least once during the day. This was the 3rd one of these pencils I have bought. Obviously I liked it. It was also very easy to order on Nordstrom.com...it was delivered right to my door.
