I am a big Chanel makeup fan. I was so disappointed, however, in this waterproof eyeliner (#946 black). It went on smoothly and looked beautiful at first. However, it smudged on my upper eyelids after an hour of wearing it. I have slightly oily eyelids and never had this issue with Nars or Stila eyeliners. The eyeliner color also faded within 2 hours. Very disappointing.
