The best, long-wearing eyeliner. Goes on very smoothly. Have used for years and don't see myself switching any time soon. Also, have sensitive eyes, and this does not cause them to water or any problems.
Great formula but horrible plastic housing. I bought four of these. Each one has had the plastic split and splinter within just weeks of gentle use. I returned two and Nordstrom gladly replaced but as the other two have broken I haven't bothered. It's not the pencil formula that breaks, it's the actual plastic tube! It's a shame because the formula really is long wearing and non smudge.
