What a wonderful addition to my makeup collection from chanel. This is stunning! Later the blue over my black for a pop of color and wow I’m impressed!
I have very watery and hooded eyes but need definition so my eyes stand out. I have tried powders, gels and many, many pencils but this is the one for me! It goes on smoothly, never rugs at my lids, stays put for hours and doesn’t run, as long as I don’t put it along the waterline or too far out. I have done a slight wing, as long as I draw it up and not straight out where it’s likely to get liquified by my tears, it stays lime a dream.
I have been using this eye pencil for years. Probably purchased half a dozen already. What I like best is the color. It’s not as dark as black, it isn’t brown, it is the perfect neutral. Goes on smoothly and stays put.
